Front of House Team Member (Bar Focus)
Minimum 30 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime
We’re on the lookout for a passionate and personable Front of House team member with bar experience to join our friendly, independent restaurant team.
This role is predominantly bar-focused, so a good knowledge of wine, spirits and cocktails is essential. However, you’ll also be a key part of the wider floor team — supporting our manager Johnny and working closely with the restaurant team to deliver a warm, welcoming and memorable guest experience.
What you’ll be doing
- Running and maintaining a high-quality bar service
- Confidently serving wine, beer and spirits with good product knowledge
- Engaging with guests, offering recommendations and creating a relaxed, friendly atmosphere
- Supporting service on the restaurant floor when needed
- Working alongside Johnny and the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
What we’re looking for
- Previous bar experience (essential)
- A genuine love for hospitality and looking after guests
- Strong communication and team skills
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- Someone who thrives in a busy, service-led environment
