Hi, I’m Becky, and I’m proud to be part of the team at Fletcher’s Restaurant. I’ve always had a passion for cooking, and here at Fletcher’s, I bring that passion to life every day. Led by Chef Patron Fletcher, our kitchen is the heart and soul of our restaurant. With a background in renowned establishments such as The Mission and New Continental, Fletcher honed his skills at the once prestigious Treby Arms in Sparkwell, where during this time they were awarded with a coveted Michelin star and numerous accolades.
After years of honing his craft, Fletcher decided it was time to embark on his own culinary journey, bringing his unique vision to life. And so, Fletcher’s Restaurant was born, becoming a cherished part of the local dining scene for the past five years.
Assisting Fletcher in providing an exceptional dining experience is Jessica, his fiancée and the front-of-house manager. With her warm and welcoming demeanour, Jessica ensures that every guest feels right at home in our cozy establishment.
