Fletcher’s Restaurant was established in November 2018 and is the vision and dream come true of a very young chef.
Fletcher’s Restaurant is a family-run, independent restaurant that boasts an intimate dining area with a relaxed atmosphere to enjoy. This, is their biggest test and achievement so far.
Head Chef Fletcher, born in Plymouth, always dreamed of opening a restaurant in the city that he loves. Fletcher trained at City College Plymouth and gained further experience within the catering industry from working at the New Continental Hotel, Morgan’s and the Mission, to working alongside MasterChef winner Anton Piotrowski at the Michelin-star Treby Arms.
Head Chef Fletcher credits his grandfather, Frank Andrews for his determination and further mentions his, “parents have always been the driving force behind me, as well as my fiancé. I love every second. I wouldn’t change it for the world and it’s even better as I have all my family and fiancé working with me. It’s amazing.”
They are a perfect balance of family and experienced individuals, who work together to promote and provide a relaxed fine-dining experience, with beautiful food that is different and special.
